A great dining/Entertainment experience!

If you are looking for a readily accessible place with "tasty Thai" food, a wonderful ambience as well as music--- both "live" and a DJ--- LOOK NO FURTHER!! It is easily found as its adjacent to "Sea World". The variety of food is more than ample-- but it's also "delightfully and authentic" Thai cuisine. As most of the staff are proficient in English (as well as the "North American" manager) ordering should be no problem. The bar is also pretty cool. The live music makes the evening all the more enjoyable. The whole "package" has been designed to please most people interested in a great and memorable night out!

I visited The Attic at Park Hyatt Shenzhen for a late dinner service and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations.

Although only three tables were occupied at the time, the food took approximately 35 minutes to arrive after ordering at 9:00pm. There did not appear to be any operational constraints, as several staff members were present and not actively engaged, and no service recovery was offered for the extended wait.

The dish I ordered was described as a bowl of laksa noodles, but what was served resembled overcooked instant noodles in a diluted broth. The wantons were lukewarm with a frozen texture at the core, and the fishballs were slightly chilled inside, suggesting inconsistent heating.

Given the hotel’s brand and positioning, the overall quality of food and service on this occasion was disappointing.
